Admission

Eligibility Criteria

Admission of children of serving Air Force personnel is made at any time during the academic session, subject to the stipulations laid down by CBSE for classes IX–XII.

Priority Guidelines

  • Serving Air Force personnel are to be given registration forms as and when they arrive.
  • Vacancies for civilians are to be approved by the Chairman SMC by 15th January.
  • Registration forms are issued from 15th February to 15th March.
  • Admissions for other categories follow the priority guidelines as listed below:
    • Priority 1: Children of serving Air Force personnel.
    • Priority 2: Children of retired Air Force personnel.
    • Priority 3: Children of serving Army, Navy, and Paramilitary Forces personnel.
    • Priority 4: Children of civilians and other categories.

Documents Required

The following documents are required at the time of admission:

  • Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority.
  • Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
  • Report card/marksheet from the previous school attended.
  • Proof of address (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, Utility Bill).
  • Photographs of the student and parents (passport size).

Admission Procedure

  1. Collect the registration form from the school office or download it from the website.
  2. Submit the completed form along with required documents.
  3. Attend an interaction session or entrance test (if applicable).
  4. Pay the admission fee to confirm the seat.
